Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Every order is packed and dispatched from our facility in regional Queensland. We're a small Australian team, and we pack orders ourselves as carefully as we can.

Dispatch times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, however during peak season (Australian spring and summer - mozzie season, in other words), dispatch may take an extra day or two. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

Domestic shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post.

Standard and Express options are shown at checkout. Smaller orders travel in compact satchels; larger orders ship in boxes, with rates calculated on your order and delivery address.
Free Express shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Delivery times are set by Australia Post and vary by destination. Regional and remote deliveries take longer than metro. Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. You'll receive a tracking number for your order but if something looks stuck, contact us and we'll chase it.

International shipping

We ship to selected countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

A plain-English word on international delivery times: international post from regional Australia takes time. As a guide, once dispatched, allow 10–15 business days for Standard international post and 5–10 business days for Express. Estimates shown at checkout are carrier-generated and can be, ahem, optimistic. Since generated delivery estimates can be inaccurate, we'd rather set an honest expectation here.

Duties and taxes (United States): since the US removed its low-value import exemption, all parcels entering the US attract duties. We handle this for you: US duties are prepaid through our carrier arrangement with Australia Post and Zonos, so your order clears customs with nothing to pay on delivery.

Duties and taxes (everywhere else): orders to other countries may attract import duties, taxes, or customs charges on arrival. These are levied by your government, not by us, and they're your responsibility. If a parcel is returned to us because duties weren't paid, we'll refund the product cost but not the shipping.
